New York – May 31, 2011 – Stardoll Media today announced the appointment of Nancy Tellem to the Company’s Board of Directors. Nancy Tellem brings extensive TV and media experience to Stardoll through her former position as President of CBS Network Television Entertainment Group.

Stardoll has recently registered its 100 millionth user on Stardoll.com, and is the leading online destination for young women and girls. In addition to virtual merchandise sold on Stardoll.com, the site runs integrated campaigns for many of the world’s largest advertisers. The company has also recently announced licensing agreements with Mattel, for a line of toys and with JC Penney for a line of clothes and accessories.

While at CBS, Nancy Tellem oversaw CBS’s Entertainment Operations during a period of great success. She also established a formal Interactive Division and played an important role in the company’s early efforts to expand its content across emerging platforms, including CBS.com, and leading their entry into the mobile arena.
